The preparation and dispatch of your order usually takes place within 24 to 48 business hours, except during periods of high demand.

Once dispatched, the usual delivery time in Spain is 2 to 5 business days. During campaigns, holidays, or logistical incidents, this period may vary.

You will receive an email with the tracking number when your order leaves our warehouse.

Please double-check your address and contact information. If the order is returned due to an incomplete or incorrect address, it may be re-sent with possible additional costs.

You have the right of withdrawal within 14 calendar days after receiving the order.

The item must be unused, in perfect condition, with tags (if applicable), original packaging and accessories included, and protected for transport.

Write to info@carlinecollective.com with the subject Return + order number, indicating the items to be returned and the reason (optional).

We will reply with instructions on how to proceed.

Returns are only accepted with a tracking number.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days from approval, depending on your bank.

Some items may not be returnable for hygiene or safety reasons if they have been opened or used.

If a product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours with photos and your order number.
